What is the benefit for me as a member?

You can earn miles or points while you are roaming. In order to earn miles or points you only need to register once. In addition, you can register up to three additional phone numbers to your account on which you can earn miles or points. These may be mobile numbers of your spouse, friends, family or colleagues. Miles or points earned as a result of the use by those mobile phones will be credited to your account.

How do I register?

You can enroll online. If you would like to enroll online choose the loyalty program on the home page you want to earn miles or points when making calls abroad. It is required that you are an existing member of any of the associated loyalty program.

How do I become a member of any of the associated loyalty programs?

If you are not yet a member of any of the associated loyalty programs, click here and register first for your preferred loyalty program, before you register.

Which services will I need to use to be earning rewards when making calls abroad?

You will be receiving rewards for each minute of calls that you initiate, whether local, national or international calls (so called mobile origination). You will also be receiving rewards for each minute of calls that you receive.

In which countries and on what networks can I earn miles or points

You can earn miles or points in any country.

Are there any additional cost for registering for MobileMiles Rewards Program?

No, there are no additional costs involved in order to earn miles or points.

How long does it take before my rewards are credited to my account balance?

It may take up to 30 days after the month in which your calls eligible for rewards were made before your miles or points are credited to your account balance with your chosen loyalty program.

How can I see if I have received rewards on my account?

Miles and points earned with your mobile phone will be credited on your account under the name Travelling Connect.
